Points were made by some of my class mates and Professor Mangini about the intriguing opening and ending scene. Use of my Trinidadian dialect was a nice touch, so was my attention for details, that created landmarks were among other comments. Elaborate on the post flight or prior flight details. Dump one keep the other. Questions like how did you feel when you got the ticket? Were you shocked?
My plan for revision starts with thanking everyone for their feed back which will be taken into consideration when revising. I believe that am going for the former because, the post flight can be used in my This I Know essay. I definitely had a couple of light blubs going off as the feed back was coming in,like adding more details about what exactly was my decision and reactions from family members.
This workshop helped me a great deal and I hope it does the same for my class mates. Good job Mangini, I like your approach.
